Great to meet you!

Life can be hard and sometimes we need time and space to pause, reflect, and grow. I enjoy providing a safe, warm, non-judgmental space for someone at whatever stage of life they are in. I think therapy should be tailored to suit ones individual needs so I enjoy being collaborative with my clients and figuring out how they can get the most out of their experience in therapy.

My approach to therapy

I especially enjoy helping people with ADHD, people who have experienced narcissistic abuse, people who identify as LGBTQ+, and people who have experienced trauma. I am experienced in treating PTSD, C-PTSD, Grief, Veterans, and Addictions. I am also a kink, poly, and ethical non-monogamy (ENM) lifestyle-affirming therapist.

What you can expect from me

The right fit between you and your therapist is very important and speaks volumes about the work you will do. I love when people tell me they feel as if they are talking with a good friend yet personal growth is taking place. If you think I may be a good fit for you, please do reach out to me so we can discuss it. I look forward to hearing from you!
