Great to meet you!

Welcome! I’m Elle, a Licensed Independent Social Worker dedicated to helping children, teens, and families navigate life’s complex emotional landscapes. I provide compassionate, evidence-based care tailored to each unique individual and family system. I ground my approach in collaborative, strengths-based care that honors each individual's journey.

I specialize in working with children and adolescents who are managing:

ADHD & Executive Functioning Challenges: Building practical tools for focus, emotional regulation, and daily routines.

Anxiety & OCD: Empowering youth with effective strategies to manage worries, compulsions, and intrusive thoughts.

Eating Disorders: Supporting gentle recovery, bodily autonomy, and a healthier relationship with food and body image.

My approach to therapy

My practice is rooted in a humanistic, person-centered framework—meaning I see you and your child as whole human beings first, not a set of symptoms or diagnoses. I pair this approach with evidence-based modalities for neurodivergence.

My clinical toolkit includes:

CBT & ACT: To build cognitive flexibility, challenge unhelpful thought patterns, and align actions with personal values.

DBT Skills: To foster distress tolerance, mindfulness, and effective emotional regulation.

FBT (Family-Based Treatment): To empower families as the primary resource in eating disorder recovery.

Executive Functioning Support & Education: To equip youth and parents with practical strategies for planning, task initiation, and focus.

I also recognize that parents are a child's most essential resource, so I place strong emphasis on family and parental support. Together, we build understanding, refine strategies, and create lasting stability at home. My goal is to equip both you and your child with the tools, perspective, and confidence needed to navigate challenges together.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy is a significant step, and it’s natural for both you and your child to feel a mix of hope and uncertainty. The first session—often called an intake evaluation—is an engaging, collaborative introduction to our work together.

Here is a breakdown of what we will cover during our initial meeting:

Informed Consent & Practice Policies: Discussion of client rights, boundaries, and confidentiality for children and teens.

Comprehensive Assessment: A holistic picture of your child and family to include:
