A bit about my approach to therapy

Resolve emotional issues and improve your mental health and sense of well-being, all in a supportive and safe space.

I work with individuals and couples struggling with a variety of road bumps including grief, divorce, anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship and family problems, interpersonal struggles, and work related stress.

I would like to help you gain a deeper understanding and utilize strategies to help you cope, move through the hurt, and thrive.

What you can expect from our first session

I hope to empower you to use the strength within yourself to overcome the pain you are facing. I work on addressing the underlying causes, identifying relationship patterns, and look at how the past is influencing the present. We come up with problem solving and coping strategies that are tailored to your specific needs.
