For almost twenty years I have been working in homes, schools and outpatient settings to reach the goals of individuals, couples and families of all ages and backgrounds. Having had worked in a variety of settings I have had a wealth of experience with (but not limited to) trauma, anxiety, depression and behavioral issues and look forward to the journey as you strive to reach your therapeutic goals.

I believe in taking a holistic approach that builds upon your own individual strengths as well as a blend of therapeutic approaches and focuses on the changes you want to create.
