Great to meet you!

Hello, I'm Danielle Silva, a licensed and board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner. My sessions are designed to provide thorough and personalized care. Unlike traditional appointments, initial evaluations are 60-90 minutes, allowing for a comprehensive review of your history and needs. Follow-up appointments typically range from 30-45 minutes to ensure we have ample time to assess progress and make any necessary adjustments to your treatment plan.

My approach to therapy

During sessions, I foster open dialogue and active listening, allowing patients to express themselves freely and comfortably. Working with me feels collaborative and empowering, as I encourage patients to play an active role in their treatment journey. I aim to instill hope and optimism while providing guidance and support every step of the way.

What you can expect from me

During the first session with me, patients can expect a thorough evaluation of their mental health history, current symptoms, and any relevant medical history. I will ask questions about the patient's presenting concerns, family history, past treatments, and medication use. This initial session is an opportunity for me to gather information, establish rapport, and collaboratively develop a treatment plan tailored to your needs.
