Great to meet you!

Hi there! My name is Danielle, and I'm a licensed psychologist in Texas. I have a Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology and a Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Over the years, I've obtained a wealth of experience helping adults navigate major life transitions, reduce feelings of anxiety, depression, and burnout, and improve their overall well-being and self-esteem.

My approach to therapy

As a psychologist, I’ve been trained in a number of research-based, trauma-informed approaches to effectively address most mental health concerns. As a person, life has trained me to prioritize building genuine connections with other people, including my clients.

What you can expect from me

I may not have all the answers to life’s toughest questions, but as your therapist I am committed to meeting you where you are, making space for all of your identities and lived experiences, helping you unlearn unhelpful thoughts and behaviors, and reconnecting you to your most authentic self. If you’re ready to find your path again, let's connect.
