Great to meet you!

Hello, and welcome. My name is Danielle, and I'm so glad you're here. I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor in Houston, Texas. I believe in the power of therapy, and I know that taking the first step toward therapy can feel overwhelming. I want you to know that you don't have to navigate life's challenges alone.

My goal is to create an open, supportive, safe, and non-judgmental space where you feel heard, valued, and understood. Together, we'll explore the thoughts, emotions, and experiences that may be keeping you stuck while developing practical tools to help you manage anxiety, build resilience, and create meaningful change.

I am passionate about helping adolescents and adults develop a healthier relationship with themselves, food, and the people in their lives. I believe healing begins with self-compassion, understanding, and connection. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, emotional eating, body image, relationship challenges, or simply feeling disconnected from yourself, we'll work together to help you reconnect with your strengths, find balance, and move toward the life you want to live.

My approach to therapy

I offer therapy that is real, deeply relational, and always rooted in truth.

You want to be kinder to yourself, but somehow, you always feel stuck or behind. You carry things that people don’t see. You show up for everyone else, and oftentimes, you fail to show up for yourself. Let’s work on this together.

I bring a warm, down-to-earth, and collaborative approach to our sessions. Welcome to a space where you can be met with honesty and genuine care. Together, we will build the necessary skills you need to step into the next version of yourself.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy takes courage, and our first session is all about setting a comfortable foundation. We will go at your pace—there is no pressure to dive into deep or painful topics right away. Instead, we will talk about what brings you to therapy, what you hope to get out of it, and how we will work together. We’ll also cover important details like confidentiality and the structure of our future sessions. Most importantly, this is a space where you can share your thoughts and feelings without fear of judgment, and you won't have to carry them alone in this journey.
