I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who is dedicated to empowering children and families develop skills to cope with difficulties in life. My background is in working with children and young adults with Autism, school-aged children and their families support navigating times of stress, conflict, anger, anxiety and grief. I also have experience working with older adults. I have worked in schools, community-based agencies and residential programs.

My mission is to empower individuals and families to identify and achieve goals. My approach is collaborative and focused on partnering with clients to build skills to manage difficulties experienced in daily life. I believe that each individual has personal strengths and each family system has strengths and resources to meet their needs and reach their goals.

What you can expect from our first session

I partner with clients to identify their needs and strategies to reach their goals. My role is to help identify and cultivate these strengths through focusing on skills such as communication, emotional regulation, coping, feeling identification and self-advocacy.
