Great to meet you!

Hi there. I look forward to meeting you!

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) offering online therapy for adults across Colorado. I primarily work with individuals 18+ navigating life changes, relationship issues, depression, anxiety, grief/loss, trauma, self-discovery, and career transitions. I have been working in the field for over 10 years and have a calling to cultivate therapeutic relationships with people where I can be an ally in their journeys through what life brings.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, non-judgmental, and holistic, helping you strengthen your mind-body-spirit connection.

I specialize in art therapy and the creative process, sensorimotor psychotherapy (somatic), mindfulness-based approaches, and career counseling, weaving them together with talk therapy to create an experience that is unique just for you. I offer my genuine support to you in creating a space where growth and self-understanding feel possible.

What you can expect from me

In our first session together I will want to start to get to know you. We will set a pace that you feel comfortable with so we can start to identify what is most helpful and supportive. I will ask you some questions about what brings you to therapy and more about what goals you may or may not have. I work very collaboratively, so together we can talk about what we want our sessions to focus on so you get the most out of our time together.
