Great to meet you!

Hi, and welcome — I’m glad you’re here. I truly believe that our mental and emotional health is at the heart of a fulfilling life. For over four years, I’ve focused on working with teens, young adults, and families, helping people navigate challenges like anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, and behavioral concerns. No matter what you're going through, you're not alone, and I'm here to support you.

My approach to therapy

I believe that meaningful, lasting change begins with a deeper understanding of ourselves and the world we live in. Together, we'll explore how your past experiences shape your present thoughts, behaviors, and relationships. I view each client within the broader context of their life—family, work, culture, and social networks all play a role in shaping who we are, often in ways we may not fully realize. By uncovering these patterns, we can work together to create positive, lasting change and help you feel more grounded and in control.

What you can expect from me

I aim to create a warm, supportive environment where you feel safe to explore whatever comes up for you. My style is collaborative and curious — I’ll meet you where you're at, while also gently challenging you when it’s helpful for your growth. We’ll work together to better understand what’s going on beneath the surface — what’s driving your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors — and build tools that actually work for you in real life. Over time, you may find yourself feeling more in control, more connected to who you are, and more confident in handling life’s ups and downs.
