Great to meet you!

Hi! I attended Valdosta State University for my undergraduate and graduate studies. I help individuals navigate the challenges of life and develop healthy coping skills for a better quality of life. My goal is to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where individuals feel heard, valued, and empowered to grow. Whether you are facing stress, anxiety, life transitions, or personal struggles, I am committed to walking alongside you on your journey toward healing and wellness.

My approach to therapy

My approach to psychotherapy is collaborative, supportive, and tailored to each individual’s unique needs and goals. I utilize Solution-Focused Therapy, Strengths-Based Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help individuals identify their strengths, build healthy coping skills, and create meaningful change in their lives. I believe in empowering individuals to recognize their resilience while developing practical strategies to manage life’s challenges.

What you can expect from me

During the first session, you can expect a welcoming and supportive environment focused on getting to know you and understanding your unique experiences. The initial session is an opportunity to discuss what brings you to therapy, explore current challenges, and share any concerns or goals you may have for the counseling process. Together, we will begin identifying strengths, developing meaningful treatment goals, and creating a plan tailored to your individual needs. Again, my goal is to help you feel comfortable, heard, and supported as we begin the journey toward growth, healing, and improved well-being.
