Great to meet you!

As a licensed clinical psychologist, I believe in approaching clients where they are at when they come to see me. Seeking out any mental health assistance can be an overwhelming and frustrating challenge that many struggle to face. My focus is to reduce those feelings by providing a calm and secure environment. In the 5 1/2 years I have been practicing, I have never stopped learning from my clients.

My approach to therapy

I provide treatment for those seeking to overcome personal barriers, trauma, and or stressors in their life. I work with clients who range from those needing guidance through a sudden life hardship to those wanting personal growth and development of insight into life-long patterns of behavior. My goal is to assist you through the use of evidence-based practices that are tailor fitted to your needs. I am here to help you navigate through the stress and chaos life can throw your way.

What you can expect from me

I always start with an introductory session, where you’ll have the opportunity to share your story and what you hope to achieve in therapy. I strive to create a warm, welcoming environment that allows you to feel comfortable sharing and being vulnerable, while also feeling secure. From there, we’ll work together in the sessions to determine what your needs/goals are.
