I am available to care for individuals who require non-standard and flexible appointment hours including evenings; and, with a focus on working adults/professionals, students, elderly, those with challenges due to their illness, and so forth. I am also open to taking on patients who need continuity of care after discharge from inpatient care. I am capable of providing on the spot medication management including deprescribing/tapers, addressing interactions, taking over from primary care provider for more advance regiment, etc ...

Care with a smile. Flexible personalized approach that is objective, knowledgable, and follows current trends. Goal is to attain/maintain functionality, achieve wellness and some sense of mastery over symptoms.

What you can expect from me

I expect my patients to be an active participant in their care. They can expect me to:

  • be direct;
  • request a chief complaint and thorough history of their illness and overall medical condition;
  • potentially use measurement scales to both screen and monitor progress;
  • provide a diagnosis and explanation;
  • partner in planning/selecting treatment and followup;
  • and provide space for questions and education.
