Great to meet you!

I’m an LCSW with extensive training in Brainspotting, EMDR, CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, Narrative Therapy, Solution‐Focused work, and other evidence‐based approaches. I bring a warm, empathetic, and often humorous style to therapy, and I view the therapeutic relationship as a collaborative partnership rather than a hierarchy. My goal is to create a space where you feel understood, supported, and empowered as we work together toward meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

I strive to create a therapeutic environment that feels safe, collaborative, and empowering. My role is to walk alongside you—offering tools, insight, and support—while honoring your pace and your lived experience. Together, we’ll work toward meaningful, sustainable change that aligns with the life you want to build.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a relaxed, welcoming space where we get to know each other and explore what brought you to therapy. I’ll ask thoughtful questions to understand your goals, your strengths, and what you hope will feel different in your life. My style is empathetic, down‐to‐earth, and often infused with humor, and I approach our work as a collaborative partnership rather than a top‐down dynamic. By the end of the session, my aim is for you to feel heard, supported, and clearer about the path forward.
