Great to meet you!

I believe therapy works best when people feel comfortable being themselves. I aim to create a supportive, non-judgmental space where clients can talk openly about what they’re going through. Outside of therapy I enjoy gardening, creating art, practicing mindfulness, and spending time with my kids and pets, which all help keep me grounded and present.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative and client-centered. I integrate mindfulness with practical tools from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help clients better understand patterns in their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. I often work with people navigating anxiety, depression, stress, relationship challenges, boundary setting, and life transitions. Together we focus on building insight and developing skills that support lasting change.

What you can expect from me

The first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and talk about what brings you to therapy. We’ll explore your current concerns, what you hope to gain from therapy, and any goals you’d like to work toward. My goal is to help you feel comfortable, understood, and leave with a clearer sense of how we can move forward together.
