Great to meet you!

I am a licensed clinical social worker, therapist, and public health practitioner with advanced training in social work, public health, infant mental health, and trauma-informed care. I support clients navigating anxiety, high-functioning depression, caregiver burnout, compassion fatigue, major life transitions, and racism-based traumatic stress. I also help people explore how early relationships and attachment experiences shape emotions, identity, and current relationships.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, thoughtful, and collaborative, grounded in the belief that you are the expert on your own life. Together, we create space for reflection while building practical tools to manage stress, regulate emotions, strengthen boundaries, and navigate relationships and life changes. I often focus on anxiety, high-functioning depression, caregiver burnout, compassion fatigue, racism-based traumatic stress, and the impact of early attachment experiences.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we will talk about what brings you to therapy, what feels most pressing, and what you hope to gain from our work. I will ask about your current experiences, key relationships, personal history, and strengths while letting you share at a pace that feels safe. Together, we will begin to identify patterns, priorities, and possible treatment goals. My hope is that you leave feeling heard, respected, and a bit clearer about the next steps.
