Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) dedicated to helping individuals and families navigate life's challenges and create meaningful, lasting change. My professional background includes providing therapy to adolescents, adults, and families. I have experience supporting clients who are struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, emotional regulation, relationship and family challenges, life transitions, and other concerns that can affect overall well-being.

I believe that every person has unique strengths and the ability to grow, even during difficult times. My goal is to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard, understood, and comfortable being yourself. I work collaboratively with clients to better understand their experiences, identify their goals, and develop practical tools that can be used in everyday life.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and individualized. I understand that there is no single approach that works for everyone, so I tailor treatment to each client's unique needs, personality, experiences, and goals. I draw from evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), mindfulness-based strategies, solution-focused therapy, and other therapeutic interventions to help clients better understand their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.

I focus on going deeper in understanding the underlying issues, helping clients develop practical coping skills, improve emotional regulation, strengthen communication and relationships, and build greater confidence and self-awareness. Whether you are working through anxiety, depression, stress, relationship difficulties, family concerns, or a major life transition, we will work together at a pace that feels comfortable while focusing on meaningful and achievable progress.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and begin understanding what brings you to therapy. I will provide a welcoming, supportive, and judgment-free environment where you can share your concerns at your own pace. We will discuss your current challenges, relevant background and experiences, strengths, and what you hope to accomplish through therapy.

You do not need to have everything figured out before your first session. My goal is to help you feel comfortable, heard, and understood while we begin identifying goals that are meaningful to you. Together, we will develop a plan that supports your individual needs and helps you move toward positive, lasting change.
