Great to meet you!

Hello! My name is Danna Perdue-Melton, I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, Registered Play Therapist and endorsed Infant and Family Specialist. I have worked with various populations and have a diverse background including people with anxiety, depression, and trauma.

My approach to therapy

My approach is a combination of behavioral and client-centered. I think that everyone is unique and has room to grow emotionally and psychologically. We all go through things in life and I assist you in developing skills to work through your problems and find your own solutions.

What you can expect from me

I aim to provide you with a safe and secure environment where you feel comfortable. I like to use our first session with someone in two ways, and I ask you which direction you’d like to go in first. I want to begin to get to know you, and I want the session to be useful. I usually end each session with some reflection and homework.
