Congratulations on taking the first step toward wellness! I have extensive experience in working with children, teenagers and families. I also see adults who are experiencing life transitions, stress, anxiety, depression and traumatic events. I hold a Masters degree in Professional Counseling as well post -masters coursework in Clinical Supervision, Play Therapy and certification as a Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP). I look forward to meeting and working with you and your loved ones.

The most important part of therapy is the connection between client and therapist. In our initial sessions I am an attentive listener. As the expert of your own life, I want to allow you the time and a safe space to express your concerns. We will work together to establish meaningful goals. I will share with you what I believe is the best approach to reach your goals including education about evidence based theory and how it might help you.

Therapy works best when people can take their session work into everyday life. This helps to make connections and reach goals. I suggest home assignments of reflection and self- awareness that are always processed in a non-judgmental way.
