Great to meet you!

Seeking support takes courage, and finding the right therapist is an important first step. I am a licensed psychotherapist with over 13 years of experience helping adolescents, adults, couples, and families navigate life's challenges.

In our work together, I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can openly explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. Whether you are struggling with addiction, facing a difficult life transition, experiencing emotional distress, or simply feeling stuck, I will work alongside you to develop practical tools and strategies that support lasting change.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy works best when clients feel safe, understood, and supported, while also being encouraged to grow. My approach is compassionate, direct, and collaborative. I strive to create a nonjudgmental space where clients can openly explore their thoughts, emotions, challenges, and goals.

I understand that life can feel overwhelming at times, whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, substance use, stress, or major life transitions. Together, we will identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, build on your strengths, and develop practical tools to help you move forward.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, my primary goal is to get to know you and understand what brings you to therapy. We'll discuss your current concerns, personal history, relationships, strengths, and the goals you hope to achieve through therapy.

I understand that starting therapy can feel uncomfortable or overwhelming, so I strive to create a welcoming, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where you can feel safe sharing at your own pace. There is no pressure to tell your entire story in one session.
