Great to meet you!

Feeling stuck, or like your life is not quite what you imagined? Have you not put everything together? Do you believe there is something “wrong” with you due to past trauma, or feel you have to do everything yourself? Let’s sort the pieces that have led to your current life and discover ways in which you can effectively move towards your goals. I strive to play an active role in the therapy process by blending encouragement with honesty and directness about your own role in life struggles. I promise you that change is possible.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I stive to help identify your behavioral/relational patterns, grow our understanding of how they developed, and why they continue. Then we can work to discover which patterns no longer work for you and start the process of change.

What you can expect from our first session

Expect to be challenged! One thing you will often hear me say is that change does not happen when we are comfortable. I use humor, caring, and education to help you better understand the "why" behind how you work. I truly believe that no one is "broken" and will work towards proving it to you!
