You can expect me to approach therapy in a collaborative and YOU centered way. This means we’re partners in your treatment. We’ll work together to learn what’s wrong, create goals, and to move you towards feeling better. In terms of specific modalities, I tend to use MBT, DBT, CBT. It really depends on YOUR needs.
