Great to meet you!

Are you carrying the weight of anxiety, addiction, trauma, identity questions, or family stress and looking for a space where you can share without judgement ? I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) and Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor III (CADC-III).My background as a Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT) has strengthened my understanding of how relationships, family systems, and cultural experiences influence mental health.

I work with teens, adults, older adults, and families experiencing anxiety disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), depression, trauma, alcohol and substance use disorders, life transitions, career and educational stress, and cultural or identity-related concerns. Whether you're struggling with overwhelming worry, intrusive thoughts, recovery, or feeling stuck, we'll work together to help you build insight, resilience, and develop ways to cope.

I provide LGBTQ+ affirming, culturally responsive, and sex-positive therapy. I welcome clients of all sexual orientations, gender identities, relationship structures, and expressions of sexuality. My goal is to create an environment where you feel respected, understood, and free to be your authentic self.

As a Latino therapist, I understand how culture, family values, immigration experiences, generational expectations, and identity can influence mental health. I am passionate about serving the Latino community while providing culturally responsive care to clients from all backgrounds.

My approach is collaborative and evidence-based, drawing from various psychological modalities.

I offer therapy in both English and Spanish and would be happy to support you on your journey toward healing, growth, and a more fulfilling life!

My approach to therapy

In our sessions, I aim to create a warm, open space where you can show up as you are. We move at a pace that feels right for you, with honesty, curiosity, and care. My goal for you is to feel respected, safe, and never judged.

What you can expect from me

My hope is that our work helps you feel more grounded, connected, and confident in your next steps. Together, we can build healthier patterns, strengthen relationships, and make room for healing, self-trust, and lasting change.
