Great to meet you!

Hi there! My name is Dante and I provide a safe, gender-affirming, confidential space in which clients can explore their thoughts, feelings, challenges, and work on their goals towards healing and connectedness. I meet clients where they are in their process and validate the biological, psychological, social, and spiritual aspects that contribute to their current functioning.

I received my undergraduate degree in Human Development at Sonoma State University in California. I then moved to the PNW to obtain my Master's degree in Counseling Psychology from Bastyr University.

In my free time, I love to be active whether that's with yoga, hiking or swimming in nature, and I also enjoy creativity through dancing and singing in various settings.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, and I hope to serve as a guide along your journey. I am dedicated to supporting my clients and understand that emotional vulnerability can be difficult. I support clients in reconnecting with their natural ability to be resilient through the complex experiences they have encountered in their lives.

I draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness, and expressive arts in my work, and utilize different approaches given individual needs. I have experience serving individuals with anxiety management, exploration of sexuality and identity, boundary setting, emotional regulation, identifying patterns or narratives that aren't serving them, and reconnecting with their body.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we will explore what has contributed to you showing up for the care you deserve. I understand that it's difficult to ask for help, and therapy is an incredibly vulnerable experience. Therefore I will meet you where you are at and we will work together to build a plan for your treatment that will help you on your journey to wellness.
