Great to meet you!

Do you struggle to show up as your authentic self? I specialize in supporting the South Asian diaspora and LGBTQ+ folx, with a focus on immigrant women navigating the intersections of career, family, and cultural identity. I am passionate about the journey of motherhood—including pregnancy, postpartum, and parenting—as well as those processing sexual trauma or relationship issues. My practice is sex-positive and trauma-informed, helping you move past shame to build an honest, vibrant life. My goal is to create an empowering space where you feel heard. Every session provides a practical tool for your daily life.

My approach to therapy

I provide an integrative, trauma-informed space focused on building an honest therapeutic relationship. My style is very frank—I’m here to lay things down clearly and use humor to break through the shame that stalls growth. You will leave sessions with practical tools and the clarity needed to navigate your journey to wellness with total honesty.

What you can expect from me

My goal is for you to feel safe, unjudged, and empowered to be yourself from our very first meeting. I am a firm believer that therapy should provide more than just a listening ear; you will leave every session with a tangible skill or tool to hone in your daily life. If you’re ready to heal and grow, I invite you to reach out.
