Great to meet you!

Many of my clients come to me feeling like they're navigating something they can't quite name yet — a life transition, a way of thinking that doesn't fit the standard mold, or a creeping sense of anxiety or low mood that's harder to shake than it should be. I specialize in working with neurodivergent individuals, people moving through major life transitions, and clients struggling with anxiety and depression. I hold Master's Degrees in Social Administration from the University of Chicago and in Teaching from Brown University, and I've worked across private practice, community mental health, and school-based therapeutic services. I look forward to walking this path with you.

My approach to therapy

My style is grounded, person-centered, holistic, and convivial — which in practice means I take you seriously as a whole person, not a diagnosis, and I bring real warmth to the room. I move at your pace, follow your lead on what matters most, and pay attention to the whole picture: how you think, how you feel, what your relationships and environment are doing to you, and what genuinely helps. Therapy with me is a real conversation, not a clinical interview — collaborative, honest, and tailored to what you actually need.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is about getting to know each other — there's no pressure to share more than you're ready to, and no test to pass. I'll ask you about what brought you in and what you're hoping to feel different. You'll get to ask me questions too, about how I work or whether I feel like the right fit. By the end, we'll start to map out what success could look like for you, both in the short term and longer-term. We'll figure out the specifics together, in session, as our work unfolds.
