Great to meet you!

All are welcome, look forward to working with you! I have over 10 years of experience as a therapist working with children, adolescents, adults, and families. I specialize in working with individuals experiencing both minor and major life transitions, challenges and events, and symptoms of traumatic stress, anxiety, and/or depression. I believe that therapy is a tool to invest in one's mental health that can permeate for generations.

My approach to therapy

I use an eclectic approach, using different interventions and aspects from solution-focused, CBT, interpersonal, narrative, attachment, & psychodynamic. Therapy is a process, that elicits many emotions, my use of humor and authenticity can help normalize and process these feelings in a non-threatening way. The therapeutic relationship is built on creating a safe and open-minded space, meeting you where you are, and supporting you with what you need/want out of your therapeutic experience.

What you can expect from me

I will provide a judgment-free, empathetic, and welcoming space for you to express yourself and share aspects of your life that can be challenging to explore and reflect on, as well as lean into your strengths! I can support you with identifying areas of growth, behaviors you are looking to change and skills to use in your life to foster a greater emotional connection with yourself and others.

The first step is showing up for yourself and booking that first appointment.
