Great to meet you!

I’m Danyell Goggans, the founder of Nevertheless Life Center, and I bring over 25 years of experience in the mental health field. I’m a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor. I specialize in supporting individuals navigating life’s toughest transitions, including grief, stress, burnout, and sensitive topics like identity, sexuality, and the complexities of faith. My goal is to create a safe and compassionate space where you can heal and grow.

My approach to therapy

I take a holistic, client-centered approach to therapy, blending trauma counseling with integrative techniques like polyvagal theory, mindfulness, and integrative nutrition. I believe healing happens when we address both the emotional and physical aspects of your well-being. In our work together, we’ll explore your strengths, set practical goals, and develop personalized strategies that empower you to thrive. I create a supportive environment where you are the expert in your own life, and I’m here to guide you.

What you can expect from me

In our sessions, you can expect to gain clarity and practical tools to handle life’s challenges. You’ll leave each session with a sense of empowerment, equipped with strategies to manage stress, navigate grief, and overcome burnout. Together, we’ll focus on sustainable change, helping you reconnect with your inner strength and build a balanced, fulfilling life. My approach is collaborative, and I’m here to support you every step of the way.
