Great to meet you!

If you're the one everyone else leans on the strong friend, the dependable one, the one holding it all together welcome. You've found a space where you don't have to perform.

I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker working with adolescents (12+) and adults navigating anxiety, burnout, life transitions, and the lasting weight of trauma. Many of my adult clients are high-achieving women who look fine on paper and feel exhausted everywhere else. My teen clients are often carrying pressures the adults around them can't quite see — school stress, friendship struggles, big emotions without the words for them yet. In both cases, my job is the same: create a space where the real you can show up, exhale, and heal.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and trauma informed. I'm trained in Brainspotting, a powerful approach for processing experiences that talk alone can't always reach, and I integrate music and creative practices when they fit — especially with younger clients, who often open up through what they love. Sessions with me feel like real conversation — clinically grounded, never clinical-feeling.

Parents: you'll be a valued partner in your teen's care, with communication that respects both your role and their privacy.

You are not broken, and you were never meant to be fixed. Whenever you're ready, I'd be honored to begin.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative and solution focused. You are the expert on your life; I bring the clinical tools and together we set clear goals and build on the strengths you already have. You won't just vent for fifty minutes and leave with nothing to hold onto. We work toward what you want to be different, and you'll leave sessions with insight you can actually use. I'm also trained in Brainspotting for processing experiences that talk alone can't reach, and I integrate music and creative practices when they fit — especially with younger clients, who often open up through what they love.

What you can expect from me

A listening ear and a safe, judgment-free space

Trust that's earned, and a perspective without bias

A collaborative partner in your goals

Honest accountability — support that helps you grow, not just feel heard
