Great to meet you!

I am a licensed therapist with experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families in both school-based and clinical settings. I specialize in working across all age groups and take pride in my ability to meet clients where they are, developmentally and emotionally.

My background has allowed me to support individuals through a wide range of challenges, including grief, depression, anxiety, relationship concerns, and major life transitions. I have particular strength in building genuine, trusting relationships, helping people feel comfortable, understood, and supported as they navigate the challenges.

I also work closely with adults who are navigating different phases of life, whether that involves processing loss, managing stress, or working through relationship difficulties.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), while remaining flexible to meet each client’s unique needs. I strive to create a space where clients feel safe to be themselves, explore their experiences, and develop the tools needed to create meaningful and lasting change.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and client-centered. I believe therapy works best when you feel safe, understood, and able to be your authentic self, so I focus on building a strong, trusting relationship as the foundation of our work.

I use evidence-based approaches such as along with a strength-based and trauma-informed lens, to help clients better understand their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.

With adolescents, I focus on building genuine connections that help them feel comfortable opening up while also supporting them in developing confidence, emotional awareness, and healthy coping skills. With adults, I often work around life transitions, grief, relationship challenges, and managing stress, helping clients gain clarity and feel more grounded in their lives.

Overall, my goal is to create a space where you feel supported, gently challenged, and empowered to make meaningful, lasting changes.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, my goal is to create a welcoming and comfortable space where you feel at ease. We’ll take time to get to know each other, talk about what’s bringing you to therapy, and explore any goals or concerns you may have.

You can expect a conversation that feels natural and supportive, without pressure to share more than you’re ready to. I’ll ask questions to better understand your experiences, background, and what you’re hoping to get out of therapy, while also giving you space to ask me any questions.

By the end of the session, we’ll begin to identify initial goals and discuss what working together might look like moving forward. My focus is to make sure you leave feeling heard, supported, and with a clearer sense of direction.
