Great to meet you!

I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor with more than a decade of experience supporting people who feel deeply, think deeply, and often carry more than they show. I've walked alongside clients as they navigate intense emotions, mood related challenges, trauma histories, and the ongoing work of rediscovering who they are beneath the overwhelm.

I believe therapy is more than problem solving. It's a space to understand yourself, reconnect with your inner world, and build a life that feels grounded, meaningful, and emotionally aligned. My goal is to create a space where you can breathe, unpack what's heavy, and explore your experiences without judgment or pressure.

I blend honesty, warmth, and emotional insight using a mix of trauma informed and evidence based approaches, including Internal Family Systems (IFS), CBT, DBT, and mindfulness.

I work especially well with people who feel "too much," who experience mood shifts that are hard to explain to others, or who are trying to make sense of the different parts of themselves. If you're high functioning on the outside but emotionally overloaded on the inside, you'll find a steady, supportive environment here.

I'm licensed and accepting clients in Texas, Louisiana, Georgia, Florida, and Washington, and I'm honored to walk with you one step, one insight, one breakthrough at a time.

My approach to therapy

I believe you are not broken, and therapy is not about fixing you. It's about understanding you, reclaiming the parts of yourself that got lost along the way, and learning to live from your center instead of from the noise around you.

My style is warm, direct, and collaborative. I bring honesty and emotional insight into every session, and I meet you where you are without judgment or pressure. Whether you're navigating intense emotions, mood shifts, trauma, or the deeper question of who you really are, we'll work together to make sense of it in a way that feels clear and doable.

I pull from a blend of approaches that fit you rather than forcing you to fit a method. That includes Internal Family Systems (IFS) work to understand the different pieces of you, CBT and DBT skills for practical, in the moment tools, and mindfulness to help you stay grounded when things feel overwhelming.

Above all, I create a space where you can breathe, unpack what's heavy, and explore your inner world at your own pace. You don't have to have it all figured out to start. You just have to be willing to show up, and I'll meet you there.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is about us getting to know each other and you getting a feel for what it's like to be in this space with me. There's no pressure to have everything figured out or to share more than you're ready to. We'll go at your pace.

We'll start with the basics: what brought you to therapy, what's been weighing on you, and what you're hoping to feel different in your life. I'll ask questions to understand your history, your patterns, and the parts of you that show up when things get hard. This helps me see the whole picture, not just the surface.

I'll also listen for the things you might not say out loud yet, the patterns and quiet struggles that often sit beneath the surface. My goal is for you to leave that first session feeling heard, a little lighter, and clearer about what we'll work on together.

By the end, we'll talk about what you can expect going forward, and I'll share some initial thoughts on how we might work together. You'll always have space to ask questions, share concerns, or let me know if something doesn't feel right. This is your therapy, and we'll shape it around you.
