Great to meet you!

I'm Daphne, a Clinical Social Worker, with over 20 years of experience helping adults, couples, and families move through life’s challenges. My approach to therapy is compassionate, nonjudgmental, and focused on the whole person. I believe in meeting you where you are, honoring your story, and working together to build on your strengths. Your path is unique, and together we’ll explore meaningful ways to move forward with purpose and resilience.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is compassionate, collaborative, and rooted in seeing the whole person. Healing begins in a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can feel seen, heard, and understood. With over 20 years of clinical experience, I have provided compassionate therapy to adults, couples, families, veterans, college students, and professionals. I address mental illness, life transitions, and relationship challenges with a client-centered and integrative perspective.

I integrate clinical expertise with practical tools and insight tailored to your unique needs. I incorporate evidence-based practices and a strengths-based approach to help you discover your resilience and rediscover purpose, balance, and growth.

Therapy is not one-size-fits-all. Together, we will build a personalized path forward, one that honors your values, supports your healing, and empowers lasting change.

What you can expect from me

In sessions with me, clients can expect a supportive, nonjudgmental space where they feel heard, respected, and empowered. Together, we will explore what’s holding you back, uncover patterns that may no longer serve you, and identify practical tools to support your healing and growth.

You’ll take away:

  • Increased self-awareness and confidence in your ability to make empowered decisions
  • Coping strategies for managing anxiety, depression, grief, and life transitions
  • Improved communication and boundary-setting skills for healthier relationships
  • Personalized tools to support emotional, and mental,
  • A stronger connection to your values, purpose, and resilience

My goal is for you to leave each session feeling supported, more in control, and inspired to take meaningful steps forward in your life.
