Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the states of North Carolina and Connecticut with over 4 years of experience working as a therapist. I’ve worked with children, adolescents, and adults struggling with a wide range of things including anxiety, late ADHD diagnosis, life's transitions and trauma.

The one thing I learned is that we ARE NOT our behaviors, we ARE NOT out diagnosis and we ARE NOT our thoughts. Theres more to you than that!

A bit about my approach to therapy

My style of therapy is welcoming, warm and supportive. I firmly believe in respecting where everyone is at in life and treating everyone with respect, compassion and non-judgment. A safe space is what I want to cultivate for all clients.

I specialize in EMDR, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness Based Therapy and Emotional Freedom Technique but am not limited to these approaches.

What you can expect from our first session

My goal is for you to find some relief and make the courageous changes to live a more fullfilling life. Ultimately, we have to go through in order to get to, its my job to assist with this process.
