Great to meet you!

I’m Daphne Mack, a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 21 years of experience supporting children, teens, adults, and families. My practice is built on the belief that healing happens through connection, curiosity, and compassionate presence. I bring a warm, grounded, and genuinely caring approach to every session, and my goal is to create a space where you feel seen, supported, and safe enough to explore the challenges you’re facing.

My approach to therapy

I work with clients in a down-to-earth, caring way that helps you feel comfortable, supported, and truly heard. My style is calm, compassionate, and focused on helping you understand what you’re feeling and what you need. I specialize in helping children, teens, and adults navigate big emotions, stress, grief, and life changes. Together, we’ll take things one step at a time and build tools that fit your life.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a calm, welcoming space where we simply get to know each other. I’ll ask gentle questions about what brought you in and what you’re hoping to feel or experience differently. My goal is for you to leave the session feeling understood, supported, and confident that we can work together to create real change.
