I provide warm and empathetic psychotherapy to my clients. I frequently use CBT and DBT (evidence based) techniques as well as solution focused techniques to help clients reach their desired goals.
In therapy, goals are determined by the client for their treatment. In my practice I frequently assign homework to facilitate the growth process.
