Great to meet you!

Hello, and welcome. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over seven years of experience supporting individuals through life’s challenges. I have worked in a variety of behavioral and mental health settings, but therapy has always been the work I feel most passionate about. My approach is collaborative and solution focused, meaning we work together to identify practical strategies, build on your existing strengths, and create meaningful, lasting change in your life. Whether you are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, uncertain, or simply looking for support through a difficult season, my goal is to provide a space where you feel genuinely heard, supported, and understood.

My approach to therapy

One of the guiding beliefs in my work is that meaningful change begins with intention. Sometimes growth starts with simply being willing to look at things differently and take small steps forward. I strive to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel comfortable exploring their thoughts, emotions, challenges, and goals openly. I often describe my role as helping hold space for reflection, clarity, and problem solving while supporting clients in discovering solutions that feel realistic and meaningful for their lives. I believe therapy is a collaborative process, and I pride myself on meeting clients where they are with compassion, honesty, and patience. Whether you are navigating stress, anxiety, major life transitions, relationship concerns, or feeling disconnected from yourself, we work together to build perspective, strengthen coping tools, and move toward the life you want to create.

What you can expect from me

The first session is primarily about getting to know one another and creating a comfortable foundation for our work together. We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, the challenges you may currently be experiencing, and what you hope to gain from the process. We’ll also discuss what therapy with me may look like and answer any questions you have along the way. My goal is to create a welcoming and supportive environment where you feel safe sharing at your own pace while we begin identifying goals and building a path forward together.
