Great to meet you!

If you’re here, you may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or trying to make sense of patterns that no longer feel helpful in your life. My role is to help you slow things down, understand what’s happening beneath the surface, and begin building a more balanced and intentional way forward.

I work with children, adolescents, and adults who are navigating anxiety, emotional ups and downs, life transitions, relationship challenges, and questions around identity and self-worth. You don’t have to have everything figured out to start therapy—just a willingness to explore and be open to the process.

In our work together, you can expect a space where you feel supported, heard, and understood—but also gently challenged when needed. I won’t just sit back and listen; I’ll help you connect the dots, identify patterns, and develop tools you can actually use in your daily life.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, practical, and tailored to you. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and strengths-based techniques to help you understand the connection between your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. I am also a Certified EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) can also be an effective tool to addressing complex trauma.

With children, I incorporate play-based and creative strategies to support emotional expression and skill-building.

Together, we focus on building self-awareness, healthier coping strategies, stronger boundaries, and a clearer sense of identity.

What you can expect from me

In your first session, we’ll explore what brought you to therapy and what you want to gain from it. I’ll ask thoughtful questions to understand your experiences while creating a space where you feel comfortable and not pressured.

You’ll leave with a clearer sense of direction and what working together can look like.
