Great to meet you!

Welcome! I create a space where you can show up exactly as you are—without pressure to perform or have it all figured out. My style is warm, collaborative, and direct when it needs to be. I care deeply about helping clients feel understood, but I also believe in gently challenging the patterns that keep you stuck. I work with teens, adults, and older adults navigating life’s challenges—whether it’s managing anxiety, coping with change, building confidence, or simply wanting to feel more like yourself again. As both a therapist and mental performance coach, I understand the pressure that comes with high expectations—whether in sports, school, relationships, or life transitions. I value authenticity, growth, and helping you build confidence that feels real and sustainable—not forced.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and practical. We’ll work together to identify patterns in your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors that may be holding you back, while also building skills to manage anxiety, self-doubt, and pressure. Therapy with me isn’t just about talking—it’s about learning tools you can actually use in real life. Every client is different, so I tailor our work to fit your personality, goals, and needs.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is about getting comfortable and feeling understood. We’ll talk about what brought you in, what’s been weighing on you, and what you hope will feel different moving forward.

There’s no pressure to share everything at once. My goal is to help you feel safe, heard, and clear on what working together will look like. Whether you need space to process, a sounding board for decision-making, or someone to help connect the dots—I’m here to listen, ask thoughtful questions, and offer honest feedback to help you make meaningful progress. By the end of our first session, you can expect a better understanding of your goals and a sense of direction for how we’ll begin creating meaningful change.

If you’re ready to prioritize your well-being—whether as an individual or an athlete—I’d be honored to support you on that journey!
