My approach to therapy

Darcie offers a person-centered, cognitive behavioral approach to counseling. She integrates clients' spiritual beliefs, should they so desire, and aims to establish a strong alliance with them to explore and address thought and behavior patterns. Her goal is to restore hope in the midst of difficulty and help you remove what weighs you down so that you can live a life of freedom!

What you can expect from me

Clients will learn how to navigate life's challenges, understand their emotions, develop healthy coping strategies, build relationships, and grow spiritually resulting in a more fulfilling and balanced life. At first, we'll go deep and figure out what's going on, and then work together on a plan to help you get back in control of your life. Most of my clients start feeling better within the first month, and the progress continues over time.
