Great to meet you!

I’m a compassionate mental health counselor dedicated to creating a safe, affirming space where you can feel seen, heard, and supported. With a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, I bring experience in LGBTQ+ affirming care, trauma-informed therapy, EMDR, and substance use recovery. My approach is integrative and holistic, meaning I consider the whole person, mind, body, and lived experience, when tailoring care to your unique needs. I believe healing happens in connection, and I’m here to walk alongside you with warmth, curiosity, and respect as you move toward greater balance and well-being.

My approach to therapy

I focus on creating a space where you feel fully accepted as you are, while gently helping you reconnect with what truly matters to you and take meaningful steps in that direction. Together, we explore ways to make room for difficult thoughts and feelings without letting them take over, so you can live more freely and authentically. I also weave in simple, practical ways to help your body feel calmer and more grounded, supporting your nervous system so you can feel safer, more steady, and better able to navigate life’s challenges.

What you can expect from me

My approach to counseling is all about creating a space where you can show up exactly as you are—without pressure, judgment, or expectations. I believe that feeling genuinely seen and understood is a powerful part of healing, so I focus on building a relationship with you that feels safe, supportive, and real.

At the same time, I like to explore the bigger picture of your life—things like meaning, purpose, identity, and the choices in front of you. Life can feel uncertain or overwhelming at times, and I’ll walk alongside you as you sort through those questions and figure out what truly matters to you.
