Great to meet you!

Originally from Connecticut I moved to California for a new beginning. This has shaped me into a therapist who is compassionate, funny, yet challenging. I use these skills, all while linking solid professional education with personal experience in supporting people to find their inner gifts.

I have a passion for working with those who are justice impacted. I work with adults who experience anxiety, depression, Infertility, grief and loss, and interracial relationship.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is integrative, and collaborative. I utilize different approaches depending on what is most appropriate for each client. I operate from an empathic, non-judgmental, and multicultural lens that focuses on inclusion.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, you can expect to spend a good deal of time discussing what brought you to therapy and me asking questions to better understand you as a whole person. The goal is to build rapport and trust and become comfortable with one another. Through this connection, you begin to deeply understand yourself by defining and refining your needs and how best to meet those needs.
