Great to meet you!

I am deeply committed to providing a gentle and compassionate healing space for those who have endured childhood trauma, sexual abuse, complex PTSD and struggles with dating/ relationships. I offer a safe, non-judgmental place where we slow things down so your nervous system can catch its breath. Here, you’ll find empathy and understanding integrated with tools to foster self-awareness, growth and positive change. Together, we explore your story with care and curiosity, not to "fix" you, but to help you reconnect with the wisdom that's already inside you and empower you to reclaim the life you want to live.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic style is heart-centered, open-minded and unconditional acceptance. I integrate talk therapy, EMDR, IFS, mind-body techniques, eastern practices and often humor. Main specializations are childhood trauma, sexual abuse, C-PTSD, dissociation, anxiety and relational issues. I enjoy working with adults, young women and college students.

What you can expect from me

A gentle guidance into the assessment process. Expect to be met with an abundance of warmth and genuine curiosity.
