Great to meet you!

With a background in EMDR, hypnosis, meditation, and as a Reiki Master-Teacher, I offer a wide range of perspectives and tools to support your healing. I hold a Master’s degree in Community Psychology from Alverno College, as well as a Bachelor’s in Professional Communications and Adult Education and Training.

My approach is person-centered, collaborative, and honest. I believe in creating a space where we can explore what’s truly helpful for you—blending evidence-based techniques with intuitive, holistic practices to meet your unique needs and goals.

My clients are individuals with unique stories, strengths, and struggles. Ages 12 and up. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach—each person brings something different to the room. My role is to meet you where you are, and together we’ll explore the tools and techniques that fit you. With a diverse background and a wide range of therapeutic skills, I’m here to support you in managing your mental health and working toward your goals in a way that feels authentic and collaborative.
