Great to meet you!

My education and professional experience in clinical psychology and counseling make me a broad-based specialist. Knowledge of the anatomical and physiological aspects of the nervous system, along with the principles of mental functions, allows me to see the wider picture of the problem and follow the “no harm principle” that is inherent in professional standards. Experience in diagnosing and counseling children and adults since 2009.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I apply different therapeutic approaches to the dynamics of consultation: CBT, DBT, Psychodynamic, Schema therapy, Motivational interview, and others.

What you can expect from our first session

Insights, questions to ponder and sometimes homework within the framework of the CBT.
