Great to meet you!

If you’re here, you’re likely not just looking for insight, you’re ready to do something different. You may be doing well on the outside while feeling overwhelmed, stuck, distracted, or mentally exhausted internally. Maybe ADHD makes it hard to follow through on what matters, OCD or anxiety keeps pulling you into overthinking, or you’ve spent so much time taking care of responsibilities and other people that you’ve lost connection with yourself.

I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who works with adults navigating ADHD, OCD, anxiety, men’s issues, relationship stress, and major life transitions. I especially work well with people who are ready to stop circling the same patterns and start making real, meaningful changes in how they think, show up, and live.

My style is grounded, direct, and collaborative. Therapy with me is active, we won’t just talk about what’s happening, we’ll identify what’s keeping it going and build practical ways to shift it. I’ll help you slow down the mental noise, recognize patterns that are keeping you stuck, and take consistent steps toward the person you want to become.

My approach to therapy

My primary approach is Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), along with evidence-based strategies from CBT, mindfulness, and exposure-based treatment when appropriate. Rather than trying to eliminate every uncomfortable thought or feeling, we’ll work on changing your relationship with them, so they have less control over your life.

Therapy with me is practical and collaborative. We’ll identify the patterns that keep pulling you away from the life you want, clarify what genuinely matters to you, and develop skills to help you respond with greater flexibility and confidence.

I specialize in ADHD, OCD, anxiety, men’s issues, and relationship concerns, and I tailor treatment to the person in front of me rather than forcing therapy into a one-size-fits-all formula.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance for us to understand what has been going on, what you’ve already tried, and what you want your life to look like if therapy is helpful.

I’ll ask questions about the patterns, stressors, relationships, and experiences that may be contributing to where you feel stuck, but the conversation is relaxed and collaborative rather than an interrogation. We’ll begin identifying what may be keeping the problem going and talk about how we can approach it together.

You don’t need to arrive with everything figured out. My goal is for you to leave the first session feeling understood, clearer about where we’re headed, and with a sense of whether I’m the right therapist for you.
