Hi there, I'm Darian!
I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a Master’s degree from Barry University. Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to work in a variety of clinical settings—including community mental health, residential treatment, and PHP/IOP levels of care—which has deeply shaped my approach to therapy. While I’ve worked with both adolescents and adults, I now primarily focus on supporting adult women through individual counseling.
I specialize in women’s mental health, with particular experience in helping clients navigate anxiety, life transitions, pregnancy and postpartum challenges, body image concerns, disordered eating, and relationship issues. I strive to create a compassionate, collaborative space where clients feel empowered to explore their inner world, reconnect with their values, and create meaningful change in their lives.
My approach to therapy is individual, holistic, and person-centered. I believe in meeting you exactly where you are while gently encouraging growth, healing, and empowerment. I view each person as whole and capable, and I work collaboratively with you to explore not just the challenges you’re facing, but also the strengths and values that already exist within you.
I recognize that all elements of your life—relationships, environment, physical health, past experiences—can influence your emotional well-being. In our work together, we’ll consider the full picture to help you move toward deeper self-awareness, resilience, and meaningful change.
Clients can expect to leave sessions feeling seen, heard, and supported. Together, we’ll create a safe space for honest reflection, emotional processing, and personal growth. You’ll gain greater self-awareness, learn practical tools to manage life’s challenges, and reconnect with your inner strengths and values.
My goal is to help you feel more grounded, empowered, and aligned with who you truly are—so you can navigate life with more clarity, confidence, and compassion for yourself.
