Great to meet you!

Originally from the Chicago area, I attended the University of Chicago for my bachelor's and received my Master of Social Work at Loyola University of Chicago. I have done clinical work in a variety of settings, including schools, social service agencies, and private practice. I have also worked with children, adolescents, adults, and seniors. I have been in the field clinical therapy field for over six years.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is very relational and supportive. I believe the relationship between therapist and client is at the heart of the best therapeutic growth. I work from a variety of frameworks, including cognitive-behavioral, psychodynamic, and mindfulness, but at my core, I simply try to be approachable and engaging in every session.

What you can expect from our first session

Clients find me down-to-earth, easy to open up to, and often quite humorous. I truly enjoy hearing their stories and helping them through the challenges they face in their journeys through life. In sessions, clients will receive my devoted attention, informed perspective, and gentle affirmation.
