Welcome, I’m Dariela Vasquez, a first-generation Latina (Dominican) woman living in New York State. As a somatic liberation therapist, I’ve spent over 10 years guiding women as they grow confidence in themselves, in their decisions & in their relationships.

I have guided hundreds of women through the transformational journey of coming back home to themselves by integrating deep care of the mind, body, spirit & soul. In the space I hold, I teach you how to feel your feelings, support yourself during difficult moments, celebrate yourself, and identify what isn't working in your life. Together we will remember your power & strength- your story and the choice you have to change it.

During our first session, we will get to know each other and set intentions and goals for you. We will begin our journey together and set a course toward the life you want to live. Therapy isn't about fixing you; it's about you stepping into your power, expression, and self-love.
