Great to meet you!

Finding the right therapist is a personal journey, and I believe it's important that you feel understood, supported, and empowered from the very start.

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor, and have been working in the field since 2019. I have experience helping children, teens, young adults, adults, and couples navigate life’s challenges. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, self-harm, attention difficulties, family changes, identity questions, grief, or relationship issues — you are not alone, and healing is possible.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is grounded in two core beliefs:

  1. You are the expert on your life, and
  2. Real change happens when we work together in a safe, nonjudgmental space.

I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Person-Centered Therapy (PCT), focusing on building insight, teaching coping skills, and helping you develop tools that support long-term growth and resilience. I don't rely on medication as a first solution; instead, we’ll explore all routes of support and healing, and only consider additional interventions if your symptoms remain chronic or are seriously impacting your well-being.

I work especially well with individuals who feel overwhelmed, lost, or stuck; whether it’s due to school pressure, family conflict, body image concerns, sexuality and identity, or major life transitions. I also offer therapy for couples seeking better communication, emotional connection, or conflict resolution.

Above all, I aim to create a space where you feel seen, heard, and safe to be your authentic self. You don't need to have everything figured out to start therapy, you just need a place to begin. I'm here to walk with you through that process.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a warm, open, and judgment-free space where you feel genuinely heard, understood, and supported. I bring a calm presence, emotional maturity, and a touch of humor to the work we do together; because therapy doesn’t have to be cold or clinical to be effective.

In our sessions, you’ll find it easy to open up and be yourself. I’m approachable and down-to-earth, and I believe that real progress happens when you feel comfortable enough to be honest, even about the hard stuff.

As we build a strong therapeutic relationship, I’ll gently challenge you when it’s needed; always from a place of care, respect, and belief in your potential. I won’t just sit back and nod; I’ll be present, engaged, and direct when the moment calls for it, helping you face what’s difficult with clarity and courage.

Whether we’re working through anxiety, depression, identity, relationship struggles, or the weight of life, you’ll leave sessions with practical tools, deeper self-awareness, and the confidence to face your challenges head-on.

Most importantly, clients often say they feel empowered, understood, and less alone after working with me; and that’s something I take great pride in.
