With nearly a decade of experience in mental health care, I've had the privilege of working with diverse populations in various settings. This background has given me a deep understanding of many mental health challenges and a strong commitment to helping people find their inner strength and achieve their personal goals.

I hold a Bachelor's of Arts in Psychology and a Master of Social Work (MSW), and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California. My core specialty include: trauma, depression, anxiety, and relationship difficulties.
